I have this treadmill! It is very handy indeed. So good not to have to go out running in the cold. I read some reviews before buying it and some people were saying it is better for power walking than running, but I use it for running on a daily basis and it is fine. My unit is fairly small and so a compact treadmill was the best way to go. Plus it is a lot less expensive than the other versions.
